How is team building?
There are general rules by which all team building activities are based, regardless of the format and location.
1. All project participants are divided into teams. The division takes place in advance or directly on the spot. Depending on the objectives of the project, the composition of the teams is formed through a random choice or purposefully for the communication of specific employees.
2. Teams choose captains, invent a name and a motto for themselves (which is used to maintain team spirit and a positive attitude during the passage of all stages of the training).
3. Participants jointly build ferries and overcome obstacles, develop a strategic line of the project, navigate unfamiliar terrain, play paintball, volleyball, ride horses, maps and jeeps, pass through the gorge, build a corporate house and communicate with local residents in search of answers. Exercise and rope course are not the only and not the main methods of building a team-building program.
Why do you need team building?
The team of employees and the team of like-minded people are not at all the same. In the first case, the efficiency is proportional to the number of working people. In the second, the result of collective investment in many ways exceeds the amount of effort spent by individual employees. Team building programs are aimed at bringing people together to create a team of cohesive people who are able to find non-standard solutions in normal situations, ready to share their experience with colleagues, to take into account the achievements and mistakes of others.
